Design Process

First the computerized heatloss/gain calculations are done in accordance with ACCA Manual J to determine the proper sized equipment for heating and cooling the space.  Too large of an unit is almost as bad as one that is too small.  The only way to properly size the equipment is through a heat loss calculation. 
After the heating type has been selected, the heating distribution system is designed.  The calculations help determine the proper pipe/duct size.  The infloor tubing, piping and or duct layout is designed and drawn up.  A wiring diagram is drawn up for the electrician so he knows how to properly wire it up.
The system is installed with quality components according to the designs.  After installation all the components are tested and commisioned to ensure high efficiency and longevity.
